HAKOM: The railway market is expected to change for the better

Second “HAKOM’s market day” was held in Zagreb, and it discussed the regulation of the electronic communications and postal and railway services.

In a fully liberalized postal services market is expected to increase the share of new services, as well as the sending of the packages, while the market of railway services is expected to increase in number of passengers and freight, and also in the number of freight operators, with increased quality of service delivery.
